Who We Are

AAA Pro HVAC didn't start as a franchise rollout or a private-equity roll-up — it started with technicians who got tired of watching homeowners get overcharged for underexplained work.

We service both residential and light commercial systems across New Athens, IL: split systems, packaged units, ductless mini-splits, gas furnaces, electric furnaces, and heat pumps.

We're not the loudest advertiser in New Athens, IL, and we're fine with that — most of our New Athens, IL calls come from repeat customers and referrals, which tells you more about the work than any billboard could.

Licensing, insurance, and EPA 608 refrigerant certification aren't optional extras for our New Athens, IL crews — they're the baseline before a technician ever gets handed a set of keys.

We track every New Athens, IL job through to a documented completion, which is part of why repeat calls on the same fault are rare. Consistency across every New Athens, IL job, not just the easy ones, is what keeps our review scores accurate rather than inflated.

What a Failing System Looks Like Before It Fully Fails

Catching a problem early, before it becomes a total breakdown, almost always means a shorter repair and a smaller bill.

Warm Air From the Vents

A system that runs but never actually cools usually means a refrigerant charge issue, a failing capacitor, or restricted airflow — not something a thermostat adjustment will fix. Our New Athens, IL techs see this specific pattern often enough to diagnose it quickly rather than guess.

Furnace Won't Ignite or Keeps Shutting Off

This pattern shouldn't be ignored — some of the underlying causes carry genuine carbon monoxide risk. Ignoring furnace won't ignite or keeps shutting off rarely makes the underlying issue cheaper to fix later.

Rising Utility Bills With No Usage Change

A system working harder than it should to hit the same setpoint is a system with a developing problem, even if it hasn't fully failed yet. Ignoring rising utility bills with no usage change rarely makes the underlying issue cheaper to fix later.

Strange Noises: Grinding, Squealing, Banging

None of these noises are 'normal system sounds' worth ignoring — they're early warnings. Ignoring strange noises: grinding, squealing, banging rarely makes the underlying issue cheaper to fix later.

Uneven Temperatures Room to Room

One room that's always too warm or too cold while the rest of the house is fine usually traces to a duct, damper, or airflow issue rather than the system itself. Our New Athens, IL techs see this specific pattern often enough to diagnose it quickly rather than guess.

System Short-Cycling

Short cycling is often caused by a dirty air filter, low refrigerant, or an oversized system, and it gets more expensive to ignore, not less. Our New Athens, IL techs see this specific pattern often enough to diagnose it quickly rather than guess.

Emergency Ac Repair Done Right, Every Time

From the first symptom to the final fix, this is what AAA Pro HVAC covers across New Athens, IL.

AC Repair & Installation

We service central air, packaged units, and ductless mini-splits, and we size every new installation with an actual load calculation rather than matching the old unit's tonnage on a guess. Refrigerant leak detection uses electronic detectors and UV dye, not a repeated top-off that never addresses the actual leak. This is one of the most requested Emergency Ac Repair calls we get across New Athens, IL.

Heating & Furnace Services

Every furnace call starts with a combustion analysis and carbon monoxide safety check before any repair recommendation, because a cracked heat exchanger is a safety issue first and a repair line item second. Heat pump-specific diagnostics cover the reversing valve and defrost cycle, components that a generalist unfamiliar with heat pumps can easily misdiagnose. This is one of the most requested Emergency Ac Repair calls we get across New Athens, IL.

Ductwork & Indoor Air Quality

Leaky, disconnected, or undersized ductwork can waste a significant share of a system's output before it ever reaches a vent — we test static pressure and duct leakage rather than sealing blind. Airflow balancing and damper adjustment are included when uneven room temperatures point to a distribution problem rather than a system fault. This is one of the most requested Emergency Ac Repair calls we get across New Athens, IL.

Emergency HVAC Service

Phone triage happens before a truck rolls — gas smell, smoke, or burning odor reports get immediate safety instructions and top-priority routing. After-hours pricing is disclosed on the call, before dispatch, so there's no surprise on the invoice. Techs handling emergency hvac service carry the specific parts and tools this job calls for, not a generic kit.

Preventive Maintenance Plans

Twice-yearly tune-ups, once ahead of cooling season and once ahead of heating season, catch the small issues that turn into mid-season breakdowns if left alone. Plan members receive scheduling priority ahead of peak-season demand and a discount on any repair found during the visit. This is one of the most requested Emergency Ac Repair calls we get across New Athens, IL.

Commercial HVAC Service

We understand that commercial downtime has a cost beyond comfort, which is why commercial dispatch is scheduled around your business hours, not just first-available. Preventive maintenance agreements for New Athens, IL property managers and facility teams keep equipment running and budgets predictable. This is one of the most requested Emergency Ac Repair calls we get across New Athens, IL.
